§         Managed the Integrated Unified Schedule for the I-495 Capital Beltway HOT Lanes Project using Primavera software systems congruent to VDOT requirement. Developed project schedules and analyzed baseline schedules, prepared look-ahead reports, what if analysis, and critical path tasks analysis.

§         Broke down the high levels of the WBS iterated life cycle of the project with System Integrator, Operations team and Marketing team Traffic Management Systems (TMS) design using MS Project 2007. Document control using TUPORTAL.

§         Scheduled and coordinated the integration activities with the SMEs in design and operations to incorporate in the master integrated schedule realistic time frames, using Primavera scheduling tools.
